We handle your Napa roofing permit application and coordinate required City reviews and inspections. You won’t need to manage the permit application or City paperwork yourself. Napa’s July 1, 2026 reroof fee is $392 for the first 20 squares, plus $184 for each additional 10 squares. One square is 100 square feet. These are base components; applicable review and other charges increase the final assessment. ARS allows approximately one week for permitting; issuance is not guaranteed.
We arrange separation of Napa’s designated recyclable materials even on a smaller job. Projects over $100,000 or over 5,000 square feet also need a waste-reduction plan; we manage the roofing plan paperwork and retain weight tickets for closeout.
We keep deck repairs visible for the permit’s assigned inspections. If the inspector calls for corrections, we obtain the required reinspection before covering the repair or requesting final.
